Terms of Sale

These terms cover the purchase of Aquaponics by the Numbers, a PDF guide and printable pack. The seller is Westernmost LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, which operates AquaponicsDIYer. Contact: hello@aquaponicsdiyer.com.

What you buy

A digital product: a PDF guide and a printable pack in PDF. Prices are in US dollars. If tax applies where you live, checkout shows it before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Delivery

Download links appear on the page after payment and are emailed to you. Links expire after seven days and can be renewed on the download page with the email address you used at checkout. Each order has a download limit to stop sharing.

Fix it or refund you

If our guide has an error, a file is faulty, will not open or never reaches you, write to us and we will fix it, send it again or refund you.

Right of withdrawal

You get the files the moment you pay. At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that once the download is made available you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance sales in the EU and UK. A change of mind is not a ground for a refund.

Personal use and safety

The licence is for your personal use. Do not resell or share the files. The guide gives sizing guidance, not a guarantee: check local rules for electrical work, structures and fish before you build.
