Affiliate Disclosure
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. AquaponicsDIYer is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
When you buy something through a link on this site, we may earn a commission. You pay the same price either way, and the commission helps keep the guides free and up to date.
Affiliate Programs We Take Part In
These are the programs whose links appear on AquaponicsDIYer today. If we join another program, it will be added to this list.
- Amazon Services LLC Associates Program: links to amazon.com carry our tag, and as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
- ClickBank affiliate marketplace: a small number of links to digital aquaponics guides go through ClickBank, and we may earn a commission if you buy.
Which Links Are Affiliate Links
- Every link to Amazon.com, including product names, images and “Check price on Amazon” buttons.
- Links in boxes marked “Recommended guide”, which go to digital aquaponics guides sold through ClickBank.
Every page with Amazon links says so under its title. Links to universities, extension services, research papers and other references are ordinary links, and we earn nothing from them.
How We Choose Products
Product picks are editorial. We look for products that do the job the guide describes, are currently sold, come from established aquarium, hydroponics and garden brands where possible, and have a substantial record of buyer feedback. Commission rates do not decide which products we include or the order they appear in.
We check that the products we link to are still available and replace them when they are discontinued. Prices and stock change all the time, so we describe products by price tier (budget, mid-range, premium) rather than quoting prices, and we do not publish Amazon star ratings or review counts. The current price is always the one on the retailer's page.
